Does it hurt? +
The sensation is very bearable — most clients describe light tingling. A numbing cream can be applied for extra comfort.
Can people tell it's done? +
No. The whole art of SMP is reproducing the natural size, shade and spread of follicles. Done well, the result is undetectable, even up close.
How many sessions are needed? +
Usually 2 to 3 sessions a few weeks apart, to gradually build density and fine-tune the shade. A touch-up is advised every few years.
Is it permanent? +
SMP is semi-permanent: it fades very slowly over time. That's an advantage — it evolves with you and is easy to refresh.
Are there any scars? +
None. The technique is non-surgical: it makes no incision. On the contrary, it can camouflage existing scars (FUT/FUE transplants).
What aftercare is needed? +
A few simple precautions for the first days (avoid heavy sweating, direct sun, swimming pools). You get a clear aftercare protocol each session.
